My For ever Loving Friend By Colin Jeffrey A few years ago we lost our dad, Our dad had a parakeet who he loved to bits, The parakeet's name is lucky and is female, Our dad during his illness would always want the bird looking after, IE food, water, cleaning, thus I took this on, My two brother's when we lost our dad wanted to give lucky to one of our dads neighbors, I said no, I will take lucky home with me, lucky had already taken to me, thus we are now very good friends, Yes Friends, we just get on so well together, when I clean her cage she will sit on my shoulder, she sings to me, She knows when I have come in from work, and will dance in excitement at me been home, I can see why our dad loved her so much, and its my great pleasure to have my little ( Sister ) living with me.
